A well-established small animal practice in Stockton, CA is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to step into a Medical Director role. This position offers the perfect balance of clinical practice and leadership, with the flexibility to shape medical protocols, mentor a talented team, and guide the hospital’s medical direction.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals

Lead, mentor, and develop veterinary and support teams

Establish and maintain medical protocols and standards of care

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

DVM/VMD degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent)

Active veterinary license (or eligibility) in California

Proven leadership ability with a strong clinical background
